1. Terms and conditions of sale
Loma Shoes s.r.l., operating under the brand "Maze Shoes", with registered office in Piazza Giovanni XXIII 13, 62010 Morrovalle (MC), Italy, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", hereby makes known the present general conditions of sale (hereinafter "Conditions") applicable to all orders placed through the website mazeshoes.com. Each purchase is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller, who reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its own discretion. These Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer, who has become a party by expressly accepting these Conditions before completing the order.
2. Payment methods
The Customer can choose between the following payment methods, all managed in complete safety using cryptographic protocols:

Reason for payment: enter order number
For payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the actual receipt of the credit on the Seller's current account. Customers are invited to include the order number received by email in the reason for the transfer to speed up processing.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary based on the destination geographic area and follow the following structure:
Italy: Free Shipping
Europe (EU): Shipping €10.00
Switzerland: Shipping €25.00
Australia: Shipping €40.00
All other countries: Shipping €35.00
Preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and possible customs procedures. Any customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer (see section 6). The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs controls or stipulations of the importing country.
Delivery times in Italy are 1-3 working days from order confirmation, outside Italy they vary from 5 to 7 working days. Orders placed during particular discount periods may experience delays in delivery.
4. Changes
The Customer has the right to request an exchange of goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the product, for reasons of size or personal choice. The exchange methods are as follows:
Exchange request
The Customer must promptly send a request to the email address office@lomashoes.it or contact the number +39 0733 1825346, indicating the order number, the model and the size or the desired item.
Exchange costs
- Orders with shipping to Italy and Europe:
- The first exchange (whether for size or item) is always free.
- From the second exchange onwards, the return costs (shipping of the replacement item) are charged to the Customer.
- Orders with shipping outside Europe and Switzerland:
- All costs relating to the exchange (shipping of the returned item and shipping of the replacement item) are entirely borne by the Customer, even for the first exchange..
Product integrity conditions
Shoes must be returned intact, with original packaging, labels attached and free of signs of use. The Seller will check the condition of the item upon receipt; in the event of damage not attributable to transport, the exchange may be refused or subject to a deduction for any repairs.
Processing times
The goods to be exchanged will be sent to the Customer as soon as the return has been received and verified, usually within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased items within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The return methods are as follows:
The Customer must send a notice of withdrawal to the email address office@lomashoes.it or contact the number +39 0733 1825346 within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items must be returned unused, with original packaging and all labels intact.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except for any defective or non-compliant products.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the products by the Seller, using the same payment method adopted by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will be made by crediting the current account indicated by the Customer.
6. Customizations and duties
Customizations and tailor-made productions
All products made to the specific request of the Customer, including personalized or made-to-measure items (for example engravings, special colors, extra dimensions), are excluded from the right of exchange and return. Once the customization has been confirmed and production has started, it will not be possible to request returns or replacements, except for defects of conformity or manufacturing defects covered by the legal guarantee.
Duties, taxes and customs fees
Orders destined for non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, local taxes or brokerage fees. These additional costs are not included in the purchase price and are entirely borne by the Customer. Customers are advised to inquire in advance with the customs offices of their destination country to find out about any applicable charges.
All prices in our catalog include VAT for customers within the European Union. For non-EU customers, VAT is automatically excluded when viewing the catalog, based on the destination country selected.
Final provisions
These Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or validity of these conditions, the Court of Macerata will have exclusive jurisdiction, except in cases where the Customer, as a consumer, has the right to bring an action before the court of his/her national domicile pursuant to the law.
